Joseph confirmed that the following characters would definitely be in the Halloween episode: the Liars, Toby, Caleb, Paige and Mona! We also know that Adam Lambert, Alison, Byron, Ezra, Garrett, Jason, Jenna, Lucas and Noel will all be featuring in the episode as well! But unfortunately, Wren won't be in 3x13!
