3x18 Title: "Dead to Me"

Episode 3x18 will be entitled "Dead to Me" - what could this mean? Physically or metaphorically? Is there a new murder in place in Rosewood, or now a feud between people previously close to each other? Hmm...or perhaps it could be in reference to when Spencer and Ali argued the night she went missing, and used this phrase? What do you think?
