Wetpaint Entertainment: Tyler Blackburn Speaks About PLL Guys Becoming More Involved, Haleb and Caleb's Halloween Costume

Wetpaint Entertainment recently spoke with Tyler Blackburn about the PLL guys becoming more involved with the Liars' search for answers, Haleb, the 3A finale and his costume for Halloween!

On when the PLL guys will be helping the Liars out to get some answers

"Yes. Absolutely, very soon, very soon."

On what triggers Caleb's involvement within the girls' search for answers

"I can't really say what happens with that, but Caleb definitely loves the girls in a lot of ways. And he also does feel the wrath of “A.” “A” is a lot darker. The show gets pretty dark."

On whether power in numbers will help the Liars

"Truly. I think that's part of it. Truthfully, I think the girls are really fed up, as anybody would be. They're really fed up, and they need some reinforcements. Their relationships with the men in their lives, I think, got them so much stronger, and there's a trust there. So we've been inducted into their world of crazy."

On whether there's one event that pulls all the PLL guys in

"I think it's different for each guy. So it's not for one big event. Caleb has always been the tech-savvy dude, and pretty smart, street smart, and I think he brings that to the table. But it's not like, this huge thing happens where he's like, "I need to help out.""

On whether Caleb is relieved to stop asking questions

"Yeah. Absolutely. I mean I broke up with Hanna based on lies. So I'm not going to say too much about that, actually. But we definitely figure some things out, and I'm not being lied to anymore."

On whether there is hope for Haleb

"Yes."

On a tease for the 3A finale and/or Halloween episode (3x12 or 3x13)

"We're shooting the Halloween episode right now, and it's awesome. The costumes are really cool. I'm going to be the Phantom of the Opera. But the mid-season finale is explosive. It goes out with a bang. Let’s just put it that way."

What are you most excited about - Caleb's new involvement with the PLLs, the possibility of Haleb re-uniting or the Halloween episode? The 3A finale - could this "bang" also be physically, as well as metaphorically? A bang of what - a gun, a bomb? For all we know, it could very much happen, and somebody's life could be threatened (considering Jenna was at a gun store in 3x03) in the 3A finale?

Also, if Caleb is going as the Phantom, from the Phantom of the Opera, is Hanna going as Christine, if they are back together at this point? Perhaps...
