Additional BTS Photo for 3x13: Another PLL Guy in Costume!

We've had a small slew of BTS photos from Damian Holbrook, from TV Guide, from shooting the Halloween episode, and now we've got one of a fan favourite PLL guy, Keegan:

Well, he's not exactly in his full costume, we imagine, but all the PLL guys do look rather handsome in all the BTS photos we've seen so far! What do you think Toby will be going as for Halloween in 3x13, and will he be going to the Halloween festivities with Spence? Our guess, yes! What are you most excited for?
